Notice to EU Customers Regarding Statutory Right to Cancel

For product(s) delivered into EU, if You are contracting as a consumer, You may have a right to cancel a Contract (as defined in the Pegacasa.com Online Transaction Terms & Conditions) at any time within 14 days after the delivery of product(s) You ordered, subject to conditions set forth below and in the applicable law. If and to the extent You have and exercise your right to cancel your Contract, after You return the product(s) to us, You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product(s) returned. You will bear the cost of returning the product(s). You will also be liable for any diminished value of the product(s) resulting from the handling of the product(s) other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s).

Your right to cancel a Contract only applies to products that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the product’s instructions, documents, accessories and wrappings. Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as You received it or which is worn simply beyond opening the product will not be refunded.

You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the purchase of any of the following products:

• Customized products
• Final sale products
• Any product delivered as a replacement for another previously delivered product

Return Shipping Fee:

• Defective product (free shipping)
• Non-defective product (shipping fee charged to customers)

NOTE:  For Non-defective product, we will charge return shipping fee USD$20 from you when you use the postage-paid UPS return label.

Please take good and reasonable care of the products while in your possession, and original boxes, instructions/documents and wrappings should be retained and used for the return of the products.

To cancel the Contract within the 14-day period specified above, You must contact us through our customer service email to inform us of your decision to cancel the Contract. To return the product(s), You can contact us to arrange for the product(s) to be collected at the original delivery address or other address you designate within the same geographical region. We aim to process your refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after the day we receive the returned product(s). Refunds will be made using the method You used to make the payment.

MAKING A RETURN BY MAIL

• Complete the return/exchange form and email to us pegacasa_service@pegatroncorp.com
• Include return/exchange form with your return.
• Affix the postage-paid UPS return label sent by us to your box
• Visit www.ups.com and click “Contact UPS” and call the UPS Customer Service telephone number to arrange a collection.

NOTE: Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will charge USD$20 from you when using the postage-paid UPS return label.

ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

It could take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

Purchases with PayPal or PayPal Credit:
PayPal purchases will be reimbursed directly to your PayPal or PayPal Credit account.

If you paid by credit card via PayPal and any credit will be refunded to the original tender.
