RCS

The Reusing Carton Standard (RCS) is designed based on the existing carton for re-use and social care, hoping to demonstrate the present power to solve social issues of enterprises and achieve environmental protection.

For use in packaging of ordinary goods, the RCS can be designed into various items in daily life, such as the door, window, table, chair, table lamp and even children’s rocking horse, with assembly instructions printed on the package. When enterprises make in-kind donations after a disaster, they can donate the RCS packages for use as temporary shelters.

The RCS package design concept is awarded the 2012 iF Design Award, 2012 Red Dot Design Award and 2011 Golden Pin Design Award.
